All tickets are issued in accordance with Wensleydale Railway plc Standard Conditions of Carriage.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure the service is maintained and that trains depart and arrive at the scheduled times, and that Special Events operate as scheduled, the Company reserves the right to cancel, alter or suspend any train service or any Special Event without notice.
The Company accepts no liability for any loss, inconvenience or delay.
Connecting bus services are subject to change by operator.
Where a visitor intends to take photographs for commercial purposes, permission must be sought from the Company to access the Company’s property, which will not be unreasonably withheld. The Company will be permitted to use the resulting photographs for its own publicity purposes, duly credited to the original photographer as a matter of course.
