Aysgarth Falls is well worth a visit. There is plenty of parking nearby at the Visitors Centre, and you will find a cafe serving delicious home-made meals in the Visitors Centre itself.
There are three different waterfalls to visit.

Visiting Aysgarth Falls
It is an enjoyable walk from Redmire station to Aysgarth Falls.
Alternatively, if you do not feel like walking in both directions, you can use the Wensleydale Vintage Bus for all or part of the journey. The bus runs on Tuesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays between Friday 1 April and Sunday 30 October 2011 (both dates inclusive).
In previous years, the vintage bus followed a circular route between Redmire and Hawes, running outward via Aysgarth Falls and returning via Askrigg. This year the vintage bus operates via Aysgarth Falls in both directions.
Dales & District service 156 provides an alternative route between Leyburn, Aysgarth village and Hawes several times a day. The nearest bus stop in Aysgarth village is about half a mile from Aysgarth Falls. Click here for the Dales & District bus timetable.
